THE 100% SIGN FOR AN ALL GENDER TOILET
This version of The 100% Sign is designed for use with an all-gender toilet. Three of the key elements found in the classic sign are present: The gender spectrum is represented by the morphing of the traditional male and female triangles into intermediates shapes; The rainbow flag colours are present in the body colours; and the skin colour rainbow is represented in the head colours. This sign is designed to be cut to the semi-circle shape shown and mounted on or by the toilet door.

OUR MISSION
The 100% Sign was created in 2016 for a world that seems increasingly divisive and in which ‘otherizing’ individuals or groups of people with whom one disagrees is rapidly becoming the norm, ‘The 100% Sign’ is designed to remind us that we are all human, and to catalyze a return to measured discourse no matter what our disagreements.
We believe that everyone, irrespective of their race, creed, country of origin, sexual orientation or gender identity, shares the same hopes for a peaceful and prosperous life of love and family. We believe that we must all agree to disagree while being mindful that this is a person you are talking to, writing to, or tweeting at. By displaying The 100% Sign on your car, laptop, water bottle, t-shirt, lawn etc. or in your email signature you can join our call for inclusiveness, tolerance of others, and civility in debate. This call is aggressively non-partisan. There is nothing to join, you are already IN the 100%. Just show the sign to spread the message.
The 100% Sign combines four powerful symbols: A Skin-Colour Rainbow to celebrate racial diversity and reject racism; The Rainbow Flag to celebrate diversity in sexual orientation and reject homophobia; The transgender symbol to celebrate diversity in gender identity and reject transphobia; A blank globe that does not favor any hemisphere celebrating all ethnicities, and rejecting xeophobia. The two rainbows are woven together to celebrate our entire human tapestry and to recognize that you may be any combination of all of these things.
By calling our symbol ‘The 100% Sign’ we include everyone in all religions as well as agnositcs and atheists (there are too many religions to symbolize in the sign itself). Also, in many versions there is a flag (see the International tab). Why is this there? First, it is aspirational – It would be nice if it was a symbol of a fully inclusive nation state. Second, for some minorities just having your existence acknowledged in your nation state is a vital validation.
The 100% Sign stands alongside pressure groups who are working towards equality and inclusion of specific groups, and in no way intends to lessen or replace those efforts.
